We all know that what you eat is important.
But as important or even more important is how you eat and how you feel about eating.

Our body functions perfectly… We just often get in the way.
All of us have addictions that are not necessary for us, but as long as we can keep them in control, it’s all fine.

Important thing to learn is how do I listen to myself.

Your mouth wants sugar but what does your belly say (and no I’m not referring to look yourself in the mirror) How does the food feel? How does the eating feel?

How do you feel truly nourished?
