You are your body your body is you.
If there is no you, there is not a body.

As long as we believe the division that seems to be a norm in this western society we are in trouble.
And yet, on the level of talking, concept are useful.

Movement is important.
In this changed working environment we are sitting more and more.
We have grown to move, so let’s move.
Something that suit others might not suit you and other way around.

Finding the way of movement that is good for individual. Supporting the muscle strength, flexibility, relaxation and economics of movement.
